1. Entertainment Purposes Only

The tarot readings, astrological insights, and all content provided by Ask the Arcana are strictly for entertainment purposes. They do not constitute and should not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Payments, Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Ask the Arcana is offered primarily as an auto-renewing subscription. When you start a 3-day trial, you are charged the displayed trial price today (shown in your local currency before payment). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews and you will be charged the displayed monthly price every month until you cancel. If you choose the annual plan, you are charged the displayed annual price today and it renews automatically every year until you cancel. The exact prices and the renewal date are shown to you on the secure checkout page before you confirm.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time — through the “Manage subscription” link in the app and in your emails (the Stripe Customer Portal), or by emailing us at hello@askthearcana.com. Cancellation immediately stops all future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds. Because the readings are digital, personalized, and delivered immediately, payments already charged — including the trial fee and any completed billing periods — are non-refundable. Cancelling prevents future charges but does not refund a charge already made.

3. User Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services and make a purchase.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the readings. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
